The WVBC's Casino Night on July 18th will be a major fundraiser for this year's annual EXPO to be held at the end of January and we can't do it without YOUR HELP!Even if you are new to the billiards community, even if you don't gamble, if you are a VBC member you can still support us by helping with any of the following:
- We need Home Baked cakes, cupcakes, pies, squares, cookies, or some other easy to serve dessert that we will be selling at this event. You don't even have to attend the event! You can drop it off before the event begins or arrange for someone to bring it for you.
- We need several people to plate up & sell the Desserts & Beverages. This will require you to come an hour in advance of the event (5pm) to cut up and plate the various desserts & get the drinks put into the coolers with ice.
- We need at least one more person to assist at the registration table to help check people in.
- We need card dealers and roulette wheel help. You will have to arrive 45 minutes prior to the event beginning to get your training.
